The 42-year-old former First Daughter flashed a small smile as she walked out of the hotel - which is located just a few feet away from her father's New York home in Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue. 

She cut a solemn figure on Tuesday dressed in all black with her blonde hair down in loose waves.

 Meanwhile, downtown, her 77-year-old father, Donald, faces a historic criminal trial, presided over by Judge Juan Merchan, without his daughter at his side.

 The father and daughter were seen together last month in Miami at the UFC 299 event, with her husband, Jared Kushner.

 But this week, Donald wasn't without support as his glamorous right-hand wife, Margo Martin, was seen arriving with him to court.

 This is the first criminal trial ever of a former US president, and jury selection began on Monday.

 Margot, 28, who resembles the former president's wife Melania, felt confident when she entered the courtroom next to Donald on the first day.

 She chose an elegant black suit and left her long locks cascaded into beach-like waves around her face.

 While Margot caught the spotlight in the courtroom this week, she has already become a star in her own right, gaining tens of thousands of followers online for bragging about the many lavish perks that come with working for Donald.

The father and daughter were seen together earlier this month in Miami at the UFC 299 event, with husband Jared Kushner.

She was first brought into the public eye after a reporter mistook her for Melania, 53, when she entered the US court in Miami to subpoena Donald in a separate case.

 Ivanka's appearance in Manhattan comes after she posted a series of photos this weekend that showed her enjoying a motocross adventure with her children in Miami.

 The former senior White House adviser appeared, dressed in protective gear, with her three children - Arabella, 12, Joseph, nine, and Theodore, eight - who sat on dirt bikes, alongside her husband Jared.

 “Moto mama,” she excitedly wrote on the post.  “We dust off some and make memories.”

 “There's no need to stop when you're fueled by laughter,” she gushed.

 The family's adrenaline rush comes after Ivanka and Jared spent a romantic vacation at the luxurious Amangiri Resort in Utah.

 The family moved to Miami, Florida, with their three children after her father, Donald, left office in January 2021, but Utah holds a special place for the couple.

 On their latest trip, the couple returned to the star-studded Amangiri, a destination they have visited several times over the years.

 Her busy lifestyle stands in stark contrast to the troubling legal troubles her father is currently facing.

 The woman at the center of Donald's ongoing trial in Manhattan is porn star Stormi, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

 She claims she had a sexual relationship with Trump in 2006, shortly after Melania gave birth to their son, Barron.

 It happened when the two met at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.

 In an interview with CBS's 60 Minutes that aired on March 25, 2018, Stormi said that she and Donald had sex once.  She also claims that she hit him with a magazine that she was on the cover of.

 The former president denied the case and claimed that the trial was a politically motivated “witch hunt.”

 On January 12, 2018, The Wall Street Journal reported that then-Trump aide Michael Cohen paid Stormy $130,000 in October 2016, a month before the presidential election, to prevent her from discussing the alleged affair and thus hurt Donald's chances in the presidential election.

 Prosecutors say Donald reimbursed Michael in a series of installments processed by his company, which prosecutors say were fraudulently disguised as company legal expenses in violation of New York law.

 Michael, Donald, and then-Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg reached an agreement that the broker would be compensated a total of $420,000 for Stormy's payment, prosecutors allege.

 This includes a $60,000 bonus, $50,000 to cover various expenses, and $180,000 to cover taxes, which will be paid through 12 monthly payments of $35,000 each.

 Michael submitted invoices for $35,000, according to Trump Organization business records.
